Built with solid Poplar that has been thermally modified, giving it a rich, deep color that contrasts and blends beautifully with the clean, clear hemlock benches and floor. Hemlock wood is known for its hardiness and resilience, perfect for an outdoor sauna in all climates. The wood is clean and smooth with very few knots or imperfections. The Phoenix offers unique floating benches. These benches add to the spaciousness and pure charm that you feel when you step into the Phoenix. FREE SHIPPING! – Curbside Delivery included in price. Please note: This is a flatbed delivery, and the customer is responsible for offloading. This is typically done with a rented forklift, or offloading the unit piece-by-piece with a group of 3-4 people. We offer White Glove Driver Offload for an additional $800. The driver will offload the unit piece-by-piece no more than 50′ from where the driver can park.
– If a driver determines a shipping address to be undeliverable, it is the expectation that the customer have the unit delivered to an alternate more accessible address, pick the unit up at the shipping terminal, or, if available, pay for a white glove service delivery fee, which can cost an additional $800.
– Due to significant costs, island deliveries will be quoted and charged for the actual delivery cost. This will include ferry costs and fees.
– If a customer cannot accept delivery and the unit must be returned, the customer will forfeit the initial & return shipping fees, plus a 25% restocking fee.
